Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within [1–2 business days], Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page.

Shipping Locations

• Korea domestic orders ship from our Korea warehouse.

• USA domestic orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

• Australia ships from our Korea warehouse.

• Canada & Europe ship from the warehouse we determine based on inventory availability.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• USA (domestic): $10 flat rate · Free shipping on orders $200+

• Korea (domestic): ₩5,000 flat rate

• Australia: AUD $14.99 flat rate

• Canada & Europe: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Estimated Delivery Times

• Korea: [1–3 business days]

• USA: [3–7 business days]

• Australia / Canada / Europe: [5–10+ business days]
  (Transit times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.)

Customs & Duties

• International shipments (outside the destination country’s domestic network) may incur import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs delays are not grounds for refunds.

Address Changes

• If your order has not shipped yet, email brrrlosangeles@gmail.com immediately to update your address. We cannot change addresses after dispatch.

Split Shipments

• Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability. No extra shipping fees for split parcels.

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos at brrrlosangeles@gmail.com.

Undeliverable Addresses

• We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Seasonal Delays

• During holiday periods, sales events, or severe weather, shipping may take longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!
